Placing an Order

I currently offer a very simple mail order service, primarily because many of the items are one-off pieces or limited editions and I always like to confirm the availability of the order prior to payment.

Please contact me by e-mail on torc@torc-jewellery.co.uk with details of your order, including any special requirements that you might have - custom length, colour choice, different delivery address etc. Please let me know if you would like to collect your order personally, pay by PayPal or pay by cheque.

Collection		If you'd like to collect your order personally I will confirm your order details by email, including the total amount payable, then arrange a mutually convenient time for collection. Payment can be made by cheque (with a bank card) or cash. Orders can also be collected at any of the farmers markets or craft and gift fairs that I will be exhibiting at this year.

PayPal		If you choose the PayPal option, I will confirm your order details by email, including the total amount payable, then send you a PayPal Invoice email which takes you through to a secure payment zone; you can make payment either through your own PayPal account or by using your credit/debit card.

Cheque		If you would like to pay by cheque I will confirm your order details by email, including the total amount payable; please send me a copy of this confirmation, together with your cheque for the required amount, to the following address :-

I will send e-mail confirmation on receipt of payment, and when orders are dispatched.

Most items are handmade to order but I still try to dispatch all orders within 10 working days. I will always contact you if I have any queries or if there are any delivery problems with your order.

Please let me know within 3 days of delivery if there has been any damage to your order. I also offer a no-quibble, money-back guarantee on all non-commissioned pieces - simply return the items within 10 days of delivery and I will happily make a full refund when the items are received.

Delivery Charges

Postage in the United Kingdom is still free of charge for all orders over £25.00

There is no minimum order, but a handling/postage charge of £2.00 will be added to orders of £25.00 or less

Please ask for postage charges outside the UK
